The comparative temperature of 97.9 is nearly 13 degrees warmer than other no load circuits. The circuit may feed a heavy load heater such as a hand dryer that operates intermittently. Investigate what the circuit feeds replacing breaker if load is not hand dryer or other intermittent heat source. This is serious exception and should be repaired as the schedule allows.
