At Panoptic Solutions LLC, we use our diverse experience to develop a deep understanding of our customers needs and help find actionable solutions to meet them. We are centered around the idea of providing services which reduce operating costs and improve quality of life for our customers. For most of the life of the company we have focused on developing and applying products for the data center industry, but we now serve municipalities as well. We are committed to using our top tier capabilities to serve the people who serve our communities.
Panoptic Solutions LLC is committed to giving back by applying our skills and knowledge in other areas we are passionate about as well. We encourage our employees to volunteer with hours exchanges (volunteer 4 hours and get a day off!) and we match employee charitable donations.
One of our founders is heavily involved in supporting Nachusa Grasslands through land and species management, and our founding members were part of the team that helped bring the bison back to the prairie there. That herd is now being used to return Bison to Native American lands.
We are also partnered with Northern Illinois University to help develop new more sustainable approaches to agriculture. The goal of the partnership is to connect public and private resources around reducing the cost and environmental impact of food production and distribution, while improving its nutritional quality.
